Nolen Mooney is a Lauderdale County native. She earned her Bachelor Degree from Mississippi State University and her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.

Attorney Mooney’s main area of practice is criminal defense, but she also assists clients with estate planning, evictions, orders of protection, and other matters.

Attorney Mooney currently serves as Delinquent Tax Attorney for Lauderdale County, City of Ripley, Town of Halls, and Town of Gates.
